rings every day between 3 and 6 pm, answered the phone a few times but nobody is talking. also rings as blocked number

I let all unknown to me numbers go to voice mail. I attempted to call back because they didn't leave a msg. They hung up on me!

They are calling my cell non stop, seems like 3-4 times a day. I dont answer it but i'm sure it is a collections company.

Financial Dept Recovery. They usually call 3 or 4 times in a row if the phone isn't answered. Have asked they do not call, but they call at least 5 times a week and ask for someone that doesn't live here. Have complained but they keep calling.

This is one Sallie Mae's auto-dialer numbers re: student loan payment. The auto-dialer will call student borrower and/or co-borrower 2 -3 time/day.

Recorded message saying that I needed to call back about an important matter and that if I did not return the call by 6:00 pm Central time that they will be forced to make a decision on this matter without my input. I tried to call bake 6 times. 5 times got disconnected and one time a woman answered and said that she wanted my name that I had reached Regent.
